My brother Ricky was completely indifferent to the suffering of the witches in Salem, even though one of them was "crushed to death."

Ricky just graduated with his master's in Painting from RISD. Here is the monument they made to him in Salem. As you can see his is 7 months along.

Amy and Carie in front of the wax museum in Salem, Mass.

Ricky was so sick of us at the end of our trip to Rhode Island, this is the only face he could muster.

"Should I be buried here, with Mother Goose and assorted famous people, or not?"

Where they read the Declaration of Independence

In the church where Paul Revere hung the lanterns. Families made donations to get the pew boxes. I think the LDS churches should get these boxes and then the kids would be totally contained. Zach could have really used this.

One of the witches hanged in Salem. I am apparantly quite happy about it.

These guys came to this beach here in Maine with full on climbing equipment, the mat, shoes, chalk. This was the highest rock around. We spent our entire time laughing at them.

My brother Ricky and sister-in-law Carie in Boston. Ricky was bored to death of having to see the Liberty Walk yet again.

We were so tired at the end of our last day in New York. It didn't help that I bought some heavy souvenirs at the beginning of the day.

This is Amy and I's favorite place we found to eat. It is in Massachusetts, off the last exit before you get into New Hampshire.

In Maine at a lighthouse

Enjoying the light house.
